Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship packages Monday through Thursday. Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00 PM EST.
  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 4:00 PM: Handed to the post office the same day at 4:00 PM.
  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday after 4:00 PM: Handed to the post office the following business day at 4:00 PM.
  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: Handed to the post office on Monday at 4:00 PM.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
  • Where We Ship: We deliver to all addresses across the USA.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1 to 8 business days after being handed to the post office.
Shipping Rates
We use calculated shipping rates at checkout. This means your shipping cost is automatically calculated by the carrier based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is scanned and shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your package's journey.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We want you to love your purchase. If something goes wrong in transit, we will make it right:
  • Lost Packages: If your item is lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
