Handwash Only: Wash with warm water and mild soap. Never place in the dishwasher or submerge in water.
Dry Immediately: Wipe dry with a cloth right after washing and let it air dry completely standing upright.
Avoid Heat: Keep away from direct sunlight, microwaves, and hot stovetops to prevent warping or cracking. Because it is an incredibly dense, tight-grained hardwood, olive wood naturally resists high temperatures without melting, warping, or leeching chemicals. You can safely use it to stir hot sauces, soups, and stews.

The Best Oils: Routinely coat your wood with food-safe Mineral Oil or Beeswax every few weeks to restore its deep luster. Not recommended oils. Olive oil and Vegetable oil are good options, however they may need to be wiped more often because they can spoil.
